1.  CAMP TRUCKING SERVICE:

a.  Register online with Camp Trucking (they now service the entire United States and Montreal).  They will send you luggage tags around June 1st, and notify you as to the exact date of pick-up in your area.  Pick-ups start about June 12th.

b.  If Camp Trucking tags are not received – or baggage is not called for on specified date – or for further inquiry – call CAMP TRUCKING at 1-888-599-4036 or 1-888-599-4037 or go to their website:

2.  If you are making other arrangements for baggage, please notify us promptly as to the method of shipment.  All luggage handled by *U.P.S., AIR EXPRESS, or OTHER CARRIERS must be paid for IN ADVANCE – both pre-season pick-up and end-of-season return.  *THERE IS A $50.00 PER BAG HANDLING CHARGE FOR ANY CARRIER OTHER THAN CAMP TRUCKING.

3.  BAGGAGE MUST BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED:

a.  Remove all old tags.

b.  Write camper’s full name and home address on each tag used.

c.  Attach tags and 1 label to each trunk, and 2 tags to each duffle shipped.

4.  INCLUDE CLOTHING INVENTORY in trunk and/or duffle bag.

5.  Duffle bags and/or trunks cannot be transported on the camp bus. These must be shipped in advance.
