1.  Time:  TUESDAY MORNING, JUNE 26th, 2012  Please be prompt!

a.  Fresh Meadows, Queens: 9:00 A.M  Rear Parking Area of the Fresh Meadows Shopping Center – 64th Ave entrance – behind the Cineplex Odeon Theater (south side of Long Island Expressway and 188th street).

b.  Nyack, New York: 10:00 A.M. Palasades Center – 1000 Palisades Center Drive West Nyack, NY.  (New York State Thruway – Route 87 – Exit 12).  Parking lot information will be sent to you with a “Reminder”  in June.

c.  Montreal: 10:30 A.M. The Wal-Mart parking lot  SmartCentres Montreal Decarie, 5400 Rue Jean Talon O

2.  Return the enclosed form to confirm your plans for transportation to camp.

3.  Lunch:  Each camper is to bring lunch.  We will provide a drink.

4.  A week prior to departure, a “Reminder” will be mailed to you with your assigned bus number.

5.  “Carry-on” luggage (Fresh Meadows and Nyack):

a.  Campers are permitted to carry a small handbag to hold their lunch etc.  We will allow campers to bring SMALL SIZE CARRY-ON LUGGAGE WHICH THEY CAN HANDLE BY THEMSELVES.  Please realize that items are easily lost on the busses and should be tagged.  Duffle bags and/or trunks cannot be transported on the camp bus.  These must be shipped in advance.

b.  This policy will also apply for the return trip home.

c.  Please understand, our main priority must be to provide safe and pleasant transportation for children and staff (not to deliver baggage), and we thank you in advance for your cooperation
